Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the Score =8 for ACR 2015 criteria for diagnosis of gout. Specially those patients who agree to take this therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute Gout Patients having complicated urate nephropathy Severe illnesses Pregnant and lactating women leukemia, Diabetes mellitus any genetic disorders Drug intolerance
