Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Moderate to severe comminuted intraarticular distal radius fractures Fractures presenting within 72 hours of injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years 2. Open fractures 3. Cases with neuro vascular injury 4. Poor general health of the patient. 5. Associated injury to bone/viscera.
