Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pressure biofeedback unit to measure transverse abdominis muscle activity.Timepoint: On Day 1 and Day 10 for 2 times it will be tested.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Recruitment of transverse abdominis using deep muscle contraction score of 7 or less, measure degree of lumbar lordosis using flexicurve and modified schobers test to measure lumbar spine range of motion.Timepoint: On Day 1 and Day 10 for 2 times it will be tested.
