Inclusion criteria: All person belonging to area of responsibility of Public Health Dispensary Sector-25D Chandigarh and Civil Dispensary Ramdarbar Chandigarh

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person who has stayed for less than 06 months in Intervention or Comparator area preceding the start of study
