Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients ASA I-III Physical status 2. Age 18-80 yrs 3. Undergoing elective middle ear surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with gastrointestinal disease 2. History of motion sickness 3. Previous episode of PONV 4. Those who received opiods, steroids and antiemetic medication 24 hours prior to surgery 5. Patients with advanced cardiopulmonary disease, anemia 6. Known allergy for drugs used in the study.
