Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients requiring continuous arterial pressure monitoring
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in whom DPA pulse not felt 2. Skin erosions or infection near the insertion site 3. Former DPA cannulation
