Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young Healthy sedentary overweight individuals- (Individuals without any known illness with BMI between 23.0 -29.9 kg/m2 who have not participated in a regular exercise program over the past three months) Either gender Age b/w 18-40 years WHO Global Physical activity questionnaire category- low physical active BMI 23- 29.9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any diagnosed cardiovascular, respiratory, neuromuscular and metabolic condition Individuals on any prescribed medications Individuals who smoke, or quit smoking within the previous six months
