Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Metabolic Syndrome. 2. Willing to participate in Yoga therapy along with informed consent. 3. Able to perform the techniques in the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having the complications caused by Metabolic syndrome 2. Patients who are receiving treatment from AYUSH therapies
