Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tracheostomized individual above 35 years. Physicianâ??s clearance to perform swallowing assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Associated conditions like aphasia, hearing impairment, dementia Patients with significant cognitive impairment

Development of preliminary swallowing assessment protocol specifically for individuals with tracheostomyTimepoint: Assessment will be done by considering the health status of the patient. Assessment with liquid, semi solid, solid consistency with inflated and deflated condition.Assessment will be done on the first day of referral and observation will be made for around 10 days depending on patient condition.	—
