Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with perforation peritonitis operated through midline laparotomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients underwent Bagota closure or laparostomy American society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) score � 4E Patients with previous midline laparotomy or scar Patients not giving consent for study Death of the patient on or before POD 6 Organ failure
