Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All clinicoradiologicaly suspected primary cases of JNA (as biopsy is contraindicated) 1. All histopathologically proven cases of JNA who are on follow up and undergoing CEMRI scan for routine surveillance 2. Both treatment naive and treated patients will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refusing consent for the procedure 2. Patients with deranged LFT ( Bilirubin >1.5mg%), deranged RFT (S. Creatinine >1.2)
