Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-ASA 1and 2 patients under going surgery under general anesthesia 2- Duration of anesthesia lasting more than 90 minutes 3- Patients giving valid consent 4- Both the sexes with age >18 and 5-Weight >40 and <100 kgs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-Patient refusal to be a part of study 2- ASA grade >2 3- Hemodynamically unstable patient 4-Chronic heavy smoker 5- Patients with neuromuscular disease 6- Chronic Alcoholic, liver disease, renal disease 7-Patient receiving any medication known to interact with muscle relaxant
