Intervention1: 0.5% Isobaric Levobupivacaine 3ml- Fentanyl(25mcg)0.5ml: Levobupivacaine is amide type long acting,S- enantiomer of Bupivacaine. It is lipid soluble and highly bound to plasma protein.I

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA-I and II Lower abdominal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with contraindications to spinal anaesthesia. Patients with allergy to amide local anaesthetics. Pregnant patients. Morbid Patients(BMI >29kg/square metre)
