Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age between 20-65 years of either sex. 2. ASA physical status 1 and 2. 3. Haemodynamically stable patients. 4. Scheduled for lower limb orthopedic surgeries under subarachnoid block in supine position
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status grade > 2. 2. Patients having any history of cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, respiratory, endocrine and neuromuscular disorders. 3. Patients having epilepsy, neurological or psychiatric disorders. 4. Patients having bleeding or coagulation disorders. 5. Patients having local spinal deformity or local infection. 6. Patients with known allergic to local anesthetics. 7. Patient not consenting for regional anesthesia. 8. Patients in which surgery lasts more then two hours 9. Surgeries in prone position 10. Surgeries lasting more then2 hours
