Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients with ischemic stroke admitted in department of Neurology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant ladies are excluded from the study. Patients with renal failure chronic liver disease malignancy are excluded from study

Prevalence of carotid artery disease.Timepoint: one and half years—

MeasureTime frame
Reccurence of ischemic stroke in patients with symptomatic carotid stenosis at 3 months of stroke.Timepoint: reccurence at 3 months for each patient with symptomatic carotid stenosis.—
