Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Hospital staff engaged in biomedical waste management. 50 Untrained staff who are consenting for the study. They should be working in Kasturba Hospital, Manipal for more than 6 months. .50 Trained staff who are consenting for study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who are not available/ not ready to give consent for the study
