Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with oral cavity cancer 2. AJCC Stage T1-2N0M0 3. Squamous cell carcinoma 4. Age >18 5. Fit for radical treatment 6. KarnofskyPerformance Score of >60 7. Informed consent 8. Tumor topology suitable for BT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior history of malignancy 2. Prior history of therapeutic irradiation 3. Pregnancy and lactating women 4. Patients unfit for General Anaesthesia due to medical comorbidities 5. Patients with metallic implants and cardiac pacemakers 6. Patients with any other contraindications for MRI
