Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients fulfilling the following criteria will be included in this study: 1. Patients of either sex in the age group 19-70 years. 2. Patients with an insomnia severity index score between 8-21

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any one of the following: 1. Patients having severe and chronic pain due to any underlying disease.
