Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.PATIENTS WITH PRESUMED BACTERIAL SEPSIS (DEFINED AS POSITIVE qSOFA OR INCREASE IN SOFA SCORE BY TWO OR MORE POINTS) AND INITIAL LACTATE VALUE GREATER THAN 2 mmol PER LITRE
