Inclusion criteria: Acute stroke patients ACA & MCA affection Without facial involvement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing lung disease Patients with peri-oral muscle weakness Recent thoracic or abdominal surgery Diagnosed with acute pulmonary disease Symptoms of acute pulmonary disease
