Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Primary caregivers of behavioral and developmental disorders. 2)Understanding Kannada, English and/or Hindi 3)Willing to participate for decided number of classes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Caregivers (CG) diagnosed with severe neurologic and psychiatric disorders. 2) CG having another relative with neurologic and psychiatric illness. 3) CG under medication for chronic diseases. 4) CG having formal yoga training from a recognised institute and practicing yoga regularly for the past 1 month. 5) CG taking medications for a chronic illness, which interfered with their cognition, mood, balance, and/or coordination. 6) CG with hearing impairment
