Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post-Graduation students between the age group 21-25 years. Healthy males and females. Falling above the 75th percentile in STAI score.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not meeting inclusion criteria. Decline to participate.
