Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rheumatic mitral stenosis with or without prior PTMC undergoing echocardiography as a part of their routine evaluation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor window for Echocardiography 2. Patients unable to lie down due to severe symptoms 3. Patients who deny consent
