Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have mild cognitive Impairment. 2. Who can write, read and understand the English. 3. Age range between 60 to 80 years. 4. Both genders. 5. Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of neurologic disease (stroke, transitory ischemic attack, Head injury). 2. Known case of psychiatric disease (depression, dementia etc according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V), 3. Those on cholinesterase inhibitors, glutamatergic or antipsychotic inhibitors, were excluded. 4. Those who are unable to perform yogic practices.
