Inclusion criteria: Novice nurses with GNM, PB.BS Nursing & BSc Nursing degree within one week of reporting for assigned post Who do not have any prior work experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Staff nurses joined with PB BSc. Nursing degree with prior work experience
