Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of ASA physical status ! and 2. 2.Patients between 20-60 years of age. 3.Patients able to comprehend and willing to participate. 4.Patient in whom nalbuphine is indicated for prevention of shivering.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients refusal to participate. 2.Contraindication to use of nalbuphine 3.Patient with known allergic to nalbuphine and bupivacaine. 4.Patient contraindicated to regional anaesthesia. 5.Obese patient with Body Mass Index (BMI >30).
