Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of anesthesiologists physical status 1 Elective orthognatic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Associated comorbidities Known allergy or contraindication to the use of any of the drugs Patients requiring awake intubation
