Conditions

Health Condition 1: null- Newly diagnosed acquired primary hypothyroidism not on levothyroxine Health Condition 2: E291- Testicular hypofunction

Interventions

Intervention1: Levothyroxine: 2 goups will be given levothyroxine the standard treatment in hypothyroidism but 1st group dose will be calculated based on a formula developed by PI in a previous study

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Newly diagnosed primary hypothyroidism Not on levothyroxine (Treatment naive) Willing to participate Acquired hypothyroidism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Central Hypothyroidism Congenital Hypothyroidism Major comorbidity Co-prescription which can modify Levothyroxine bioavailablity
