Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are undergoing forearm fractures under ultrasound guided brachial plexus block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: a.Patients with previous rib/clavicular fractures b.Previous thoracic surgery on right side c.Patients with underlying pneumothorax/hemothorax d. BMI >30 e. Refusal to consent for the study
