Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)6-9 year old healthy children 2)Fully erupted first permanent molars 3)Deep retentive pits and fissures 4)Caries free first permanent molars 5)Unstained fissures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Incipient caries 2)Deep cavitated carious lesions 3)Teeth with proximal caries 4)Restoration or sealant on occlusal surface of any first permanent molar 5)Molar Incisor Hypomineralisation 6)Teeth with developmental disturbances 7)Use of removable or fixed orthodontic appliance 8)Patient with systemic diseases
