Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: SGA/IUGR preterm newborn babies born at <34 weeks either by vaginally or by caesarean section at our hospital and who gave written informed consent for the study. Gestational age will be determined by last menstrual period (LMP). If LMP will not be available then it will be determined by ultrasonography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: rh immunisation ,syndromic babies,APH and neonates requrirng resuscitation

rate of anemia, polycythaemia, number or volume of blood transfusions; treatment for hyperbilirubinemia with phototherapy; treatment for hyperbilirubinemia with blood exchange transfusion and number of exchange transfusions between groups. compare the need of Volume (colloid, sodium chloride 0.9 %, blood transfusion) administration for hypotension during the ï¬?rst 24 hours of life and inotropic support for hypotension during the ï¬?rst 24 hours of life between groups Timepoint: EARLY 72 HOURS OF AGE	—
