Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Girls who have attained menarche. 2.Students who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Symptomatic Urinary Tract Infection 2.Any recent pelvic surgery 3.Neurological problems 4.Major medical genitourinary tract conditions 5.Medical treatment for incontinence
