Intervention1: Combination of Vitamin C hydrocortisone and thiamine: Inj vitamin c 1.5 gm iv 6 hourly for 4 days or upto discharge from hospital
Inj hydrocortisone 50 mg iv 6 hourly for 1 week followe

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with a primary diagnosis of sepsis or septic shock. Patients with a Lactate level of > 2 mmol/L
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients less than Pregnant patients.
