Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for recruiting the participant includes female workers working for a minimum of 6-8 hours in a day with minimum 1year of work experience in the garment factory.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: female works undergoing physiotherapy /any treatment for this problem, who had undergone any surgery within one year, who are diagnosed with Structural anomalies, Spinal cord compression, pregnant woman and post-traumatic conditions.
