Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant mother in whom baseline FHR can be assessed Willing and able to perform the techniques in the protocol. Pregnant women above 18 yrs old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who cannot and are not willing to perform yoga practice Those in whom FHR cannot be assessed. Those who have any medical or surgical OG complications. Elderly pregnant women and high risk pregnancy. Those who are already regular practitioners of yoga

To determine changes in maternal heat rate (MHR) and blood pressure (BP) after performing Pranava Pranayama. To determine changes in fetal heart rate (FHR) after mother performs Pranava Pranayama. To determine correlation between changes in fetal and maternal parameters after performing Pranava Pranayama. Timepoint: 10 mts
