Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with BMI more than 23 Kg/m2 - 25 Kg/m2 2. Waist to Hip ratio (Males > 0.90 and Females >0.80) according to WHO

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 16 and above 60 years of age, 2. Patients having major systemic disorders or other illnesses such as Hypothyroidism, Cushing syndrome & Hypersensitivity, which interfere with the present study. 3.Patients having any hereditary disposition 4. Patients with serious disease limiting life expectancy. 5.Pregnancy and lactating mothers.
