Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women athletes who are participating in mahe within the age group of 18-30 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Women who are not participating in sports event. 2.Women athlete who are below 18 and above 30. 3.Women athletes who have disease condition like diabetes, asthma, cardiovascular disease, surgery. 4.Women athletes who are pregnant and lactating.
