Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group of 20-45yrs. Participants present in and around manipal and udupi district.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who are overweight or obese due to underlying diseases or causes.(Example: Hypothyroidism, PCOD, etc.) Participants suffering with anaemia due to an underlying diseases or causes. (Example: Chronic Kidney Disease, Irritable Bowel syndrome, Trauma, Accident, etc.) Pregnant and lactating mothers. Participants who donâ??t belong to the age group of 20-45yrs. Patients that are immunocompromised, suffering from terminal illness like HIV, cancer or those who are under medical treatment. Participants who are critically ill.
