Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients will be selected irrespective of their gender, caste or creed. 2)Chronicity less than 5 years. 3)Patients between the ages of 18 to 60 years 4)The patients fit for Basti Karma. 5)With systemic disorders under medication : Hypertension : Controlled Type 2 Diabeties mellitus -FBS :

Exclusion criteria: Rheumatoid Arthritis associated with 1)Pregnancy 2)Systemic Lupus Erythmatous 3)Active Tuberculosis or other severe infections
