Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of hyper viscosity of semen subjects either married or unmarried abnormal viscosity more than 2 cm unliquefied semen sample with abnormal viscosity diagnosed cases of prostatitis and vesiculitis with SHV

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients on any medication like Levofloxacin Ambroxol HCL which may interfere the study Diagnosed as known cases of congenital absence of vesicle gland Undergone surgery for TURP Vasectomy Recent history of Mumps trauma addictions and acute febrile illness
