Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Older adults in the age group 40-60 Both females and males People who are not terminally ill with diseases TB, Cancer, HIV, Renal Disorders etc. People who does not use antipsychotics, antidepressants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults with any other chronic diseases or any terminal or critical illness. Adults less than the age of 40 and more than 60.
