Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Treatment naive 2. ECOG PS less than 2 3. Histologically confirmed locally advanced 4. Squamous cell Cancer of Head and Neck.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous chemotherapy 2. Other malignancies/metastasis (Nasopharynx Ca) 3. Pregnancy/lactation 4. Uncontrolled Co â?? morbidities 5. Recurrent SCC Cancer of Head and Neck.

To compare and assess clinical and radiological response following 3 cycles of weekly Vs three weekly DCF regimen in locally advanced HNSCC.Timepoint: Before chemotherapy and post chemotherapy after 3 cycles between two yrs period

To assess progression free survival and toxicities between weekly vs. three weekly DCF regimen in locally advanced HNSCC.Timepoint: 1. PFS - post 2 yrs 2. Toxicities - weekly post chemotherapy and three weekly post three weekly chemotherapy
