Health Condition 1: C969- Malignant neoplasm of lymphoid, hematopoietic and related tissue, unspecified Health Condition 2: null- Patients with proven diagnosis of relapsed/refractory lymphoma

Interventions

Intervention1: Total lymphoid irradiation: 30-36 Gy at 2 Gy per fraction for about 3-4 weeks, each for upper body and lower body Control Intervention1: NA: nil

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.all cases of relapsed / refractory Hodgkinâ??s or Non-Hodgkinâ??s lymphoma 2. aged less than 70 yrs, have failed standard first line therapy and have been deemed unfit for ASCT and/or Aggressive salvage regimens due to poor general condition, unable to afford chemotherapy and/or ASCT, found unfit for any form of chemotherapy or unwilling for chemotherapy; but amenable to follow up with acceptable laboratory parameters and informed consent taken. Most of these cases would otherwise be deemed palliative/best supportive care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. KPS score of less than 60 2. lab parameters (Hbless than 8gm/dl, Platelets less than 50,000/ml, ANC less than 1000/mm3) 3. unwilling for RT and RT contraindications such as hypersensitivity and collagen vascular disorders.
