Health Condition 1: null- non-specific low back pain

Interventions

Intervention1: hot moist pack, mulligans stretching, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(TENS): hot moist pack will be given for the low back region for 15 minutes, 3 sets of mulligans stretch

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects with non-specific low back pain and recurrent low back pain within a duration of more than 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any neuroligical symptoms involving prolapsed intervertebral disc, radiating pain,history of any back abdominal or lower-limb surgery, pregnancy, any systemic illness, malignancy, psychological risk factor.
