Inclusion criteria: 1.All The Patients Recruited In Milann Fertility Centre For Art 2.Patients In Whom 4 Germinal Vesicles Can Be Retrieved 3.Patients Aged Between 25 And 40 Years Will Be Included 4.Patients Who Are Willing To Participate In The Research Study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients Who Are Suffering From Sexually Transmitted Diseases 2.Patients Aged Above 40 Years 3.Patients Who Are Not Willing To Participate In The Study 4.Male Partner Whose Sperms Have Abnormal Morphology
