Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Lumbar hyper lordosis diagnosed having Positive prone hip extension test 2) Age between 18 to 40 years 3) All healthy individuals with no physical complaints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of back injury requiring medical treatment 2) Subjects with low back pain having localized or radiating pain 3) Undergone treatment for lower back pain in past 6 months. 4) Practiced any kind of exercise or sports activity during last 6 months.
