Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women more than 18 yrs scheduled to undergo minor gynaecological procedures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with 1.fever 2. Acute pelvic inflammatory disease 3. past history of cervical surgeries 4. Any contraindications to prostaglandins 5.utero vaginal prolapse more than 1st degree
