Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having shoulder symptoms with or without Diabetes Mellitus who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients not willing to participate. 2.Patients with rheumatological and neurological diseases, history of shoulder trauma, and occupations requiring excessive effort of the anatomical components of the upper limbs will be excluded.

To study the proportion of shoulder diseases in patients with type II diabetes mellitus.Timepoint: 2 months from 23rd july to 22nd september 2018
