Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Clinical psychology trainees studying M.Phil in -Clinical Psychology within the age range of 21-30. -Participants in the second year of their clinical training. -Participants who are consenting for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with psychological co-morbidity will be excluded; as indicated by a score of 63 and above on the Mental Health Questionnaire
