Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sympathetically mediated pain involving of upper extremities, and head and neck region. B) Patients aged 18-60 years C) Patients of either sex.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients refusal 2. Patients associated with any comorbidity. 3. History of allergy to local anaesthetic. 4. Skin lesion at the site of blockade. 5. Central or peripheral neuropathies or coagulopathy.
